Week 2

Practice Schedule: Please note that if temperatures rise significantly, we might shift to morning practices. Due to shared space with volleyball, soccer, and tennis, it’s challenging to practice inside. Monday’s practice will be held after school. Should we need to schedule any practices before school, I’ll provide at least 24 hours’ notice, with a start time of 5:30 a.m.
Morning Meetings: JV and Varsity morning meetings begin this week. Our first meeting is on Wednesday at 7:00 a.m. in the east gym.
SchoolFundr Fundraiser: Our SchoolFundr fundraiser kicks off tomorrow. Players should have set up their accounts by now. If not, please do so as soon as possible and enter 20 emails into the system. The minimum amount that can be donated is $5. If we average that amount per contact, we will more than meet our goal.
Practice Dress: For Monday and Tuesday, please come in helmets only. Ensure you wear a t-shirt, shorts, cleats, and have a mouthpiece. Shoulder pads will be added starting Wednesday.
Health Reminder: Remember to eat well, get enough sleep, and stay hydrated every day. Drinking water only during practice is not sufficient.
Next Weekend: On Saturday morning, there will be a parents’ meeting at 9:00 a.m. in the Auditorium. Following that, our Orange & Navy scrimmage will take place at 10:00 a.m. on the practice field. There will be other fall sports scrimmages,
food trucks and various other activities.
