OE Football Weekly 6/04 – 6/10

Football Camp and Strength & Conditioning begins this week.

If your freshman player is attending football camp, they should attend the 7:15am weights session this week.

Monday –
7:00 Check-In for Weights
8:00 Equipment Check Out
9:00 – 11:00 Football Camp

Tuesday – Thursday
7:00 Check-In for Weights
9:00 – 11:00 Football Camp

All Players should be dressed in shorts, t-shirts, and tennis shoes for Strength & Conditioning. They will need helmet, shoulder pads, girdle, mouthpiece, and cleats for camp. They can bring a water bottle, but water is provided. All Players will be both inside and outside during this time.
