Gentlemen,
I hope this message finds you well. Please continue to take care of yourself and those around you. Even though your circumstances and daily norms have been interrupted, your determination towards continuous self-improvement should not be derailed. Stay motivated, stay hungry, & stay ready. This situation will pass. We still plan on summer workouts beginning as scheduled in early June. Obviously, this situation is still very fluid. We will make updates and roll with the punches as we learn more.
Remember, strength is gained by working hard in difficult situations. I believe this situation will make us better in the long run. Physically, continue to take care of yourself. Do not overthink any fancy workout routines. If you have access to a gym, focus on pushes and pulls. I have attached the percentages used for your daily workouts in the attachments below.
