Upcoming Events

We have a number of upcoming eventsl.  This weekend, Aug 26 & 27, we will have our sacking for tips and sell BBQ fundraiser at HyVee on 151st Street in Olathe.  We still need players and parents to sign up for this event to help make it a great success.  All shifts are two hours.  Click on this link to sign up:  https://www.signupgenius.com/go/9040C49A8AD2CA5F49-oefootball5

Tues August 29th is our annual Zaxby’s fundraiser as well on Strang Line Rd.  It is from 5-8 pm.  Make sure to tell them you support Olathe East Football.  We will receive a portion of the sales from that time slot.

Monday September 25th will also be our Slice of Donation event at Minsk’s Pizza on College and Pflumm.  This will be from 4-10 that evening and a portion of the sales will also go to Olathe East Football by saying you support your Hawks!  There will be two Monday night games for this evening as well.

Finally, we still need dues from families.  We were able to increase our numbers over the weekend on whom paid but still are falling short in getting everyone to pay.  Your dues go towards many things that help your child’s success on this team.  If you are not sure if you have paid your dues yet, reach out to me and I will check.  If know you need to pay dues, your best way of doing this is through our Venmo: @OlatheEastFootball_BoosterClub.
