The OE Football Banquet will be held on Sunday, November 17th at 5pm in the Olathe East Commons.
Like last year, we are giving everyone multiple options to submit and pay for their reservations, with the hope that the additional flexibility allows for everyone to respond in time. If you are able, please pay electronically as we prefer the Google Form to paper copies.
- We are accepting multiple forms of payment including Credit Cards, Venmo, PayPal, in addition to cash or checks.
- There is a link to a Google Form below where all of the information, including payment, can be entered.
- As another option, I've also attached a PDF document that can be filled out and payment dropped off or paid via any of the ways listed above.
We need all reservations turned in no later than Friday, November 8th. We need to have an accurate count to Mi Ranchito. Additionally, the printers will need to know how many copies of the Souvenir Program to prepare for that evening. [The Souvenir Program is a spiral bound, full color printing that highlights the senior class and the other classes within the program.]
The Booster Club will be covering the player meals. Additional meals are $12 for adults and $6 for children under 13. We just need to know which players will be attending and how many guests will be attending with the players.
Additionally, we are also collecting donations for coaches and support staff gifts (Kenny, team managers, etc.) if you would like to make a voluntary contribution.
Again, it is very important we have everyone's RSVP by next Friday, November 8th. If your player is not able to attend, please let us know so we can note that on our list.
